Mixing table for raw material, injection presses, paint lines, assembly lines for bumpers and tailgates, quality control ….the Ruitz plant holds no more secrets for 20 individual shareholders who have had the privilege to visit Plastic Omnium’s factory on November 21, 2017. Built in 2016, this plant employs over 360 people, produces 25 000 pieces daily, counts 11 injection presses from 650 T to 3 200 T and 110 injection molds. The Ruitz plant produces bumpers and tailgates for PSA Group ( DS7), Opel (Grandland X), Renault (Espace, Talisman Estate, Scenic) and Volvo (S60 for example). « Very instructive », « strong group, enterprising and well armed for the future », stated the visitors. The Group plans to continue its transparence and openness policy by organizing other plant visits in 2018. |
